Engineer turned designer. 8 years building complex product systems for humans — not institutions. Currently at Toddle, previously BetterPlace and Adrosonic.
Rebuilt Toddle's entire communication layer — discoverability, trust, governance — across 24 modules, 3 channels, 4 user types.
Redesigned ~500 transactional emails across 26 modules. Built a design system and React Email preview app. Found a live production bug mid-audit.
Resolved a silent failure bug affecting every multi-programme school globally. Designed governance that lets a district admin update 40 schools in 3 actions.
Built Toddle's behaviour management system from scratch — permissions, incident lifecycle, AI summaries, notifications, analytics — live in 28 schools across 12 countries.
I started as a software engineer and moved into design because I realised the hardest problems aren't technical — they're human. Eight years later, I work at the intersection of both.
At Toddle, I operate across design, product management, and technical communication simultaneously — building systems that serve teachers, families, students, and school administrators across international schools worldwide.
I use AI tools — specifically Claude — as a core part of how I work: for research synthesis, documentation, PRD authoring, tooling, and design system building. Not as a shortcut, but as a multiplier. It's changed what one designer can do alone.
